We also largely provide the above-mentioned consultancy to foreign entities, taking into account the specific requirements of the Public Procurement Act.
We provide our clients with legal aid and advice in the process of awarding above-threshold contracts by contracting authorities / entities, the process of awarding below-threshold contracts as well as the process of awarding low-value contracts. As part of the process of assessing the fulfillment of the conditions of participation by the contracting authority / entity, we provide a legal service consisting in explaining the submitted documents in the tenderer's tender based on the requests from contracting authorities /entities. As part of the process of evaluating tenders in terms of meeting the requirements for the subject of the contract, we provide advice on providing explanations to the contracting authority / entity regarding the submitted information and documents provided by the tenderer / candidate. At the same time, we provide advice on explaining an abnormally low tender if the tender appears to be abnormally low.
We represent our clients in review procedures in proceedings before the Office for Public Procurement, including objections or requests for redress under the Public Procurement Act. Clients also use our experience in applying the institute of appeal under the Public Procurement Act and subsequently in proceedings before the Council of the Office for Public Procurement.
